Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

JFINITTO is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

JFINITTO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, JFINITTO currently ships within the United States only. International shipping options may become available in the future.
